We love our products and want you to love them too! In the rare event that you do not find the Perfect Hay Net, or any other product, to be a fit for you and your horse(s), you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the form below to start your return. We kindly ask that you send any returned hay nets in reasonable condition. We realize that you will need to use the net to determine if the product works for you, however, please send a clean hay net for returns. We would appreciate specific feedback about any concerns you may have with our product. Help us identify if we have product or production issues by providing details about your reason for return.

* For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping cost via the carrier of their choice. We recommend keeping your tracking number for all returns as we are not responsible for missing packages. Refunds do not include original shipping cost.
